Results
It's kinda funny. People at work know that I'm seeing a personal trainer. They also know Christmas just passed and results usually aren't all that fantastic during that time. The funny part is that I'm getting these funny looks and questions like "did you get a haircut? Something's different..."People who know me a little better are quick to say that they can see the weight loss in my face. So obviously the difference is starting to become apparent - even if subtly.
